InFlightAI Computer Vision Model
Trailer Contents Monitoring
AI Model Overview
InFlightAI’s Trailer Contents Monitoring model uses real-time computer vision AI to detect open trailer doors with visible contents inside. It supports loading dock efficiency and theft prevention by flagging trailers that require attention—whether closing up an unattended load or completing a pending delivery, or flagging doors that are left open or improperly secured.
The trailer and its door state are detected, then the interior is assessed for whether it is loaded. Detection runs on the live feed.
A loaded trailer sitting open is flagged during the patrol, which is where theft exposure and weather damage both start. Open empties are distinguished from open loads, so response is sized to the actual risk.
How It Works
Trailer Contents Monitoring returns bounding box output. It identifies open trailer doors with visible contents, distinguishes loaded from empty trailers, and flags doors left open or improperly secured.
Trailer Contents Monitoring is a physical security patrol model, currently deployed across industries like Logistics and Manufacturing. Detections are returned in real time while the flight is still in the air, so alerts reach the team before the aircraft lands. The model is ready from day one, with no site-specific configuration required.
