InFlightAI Computer Vision Model
Trailer Detection
AI Model Overview
InFlightAI’s Trailer Detection model uses real-time computer vision AI to identify and count trailers across distribution centers, yards, and staging areas. It supports inventory visibility, dock utilization, and logistics planning by providing accurate counts and locations of trailers in monitored zones.
Trailers are detected and counted from the live feed, with position reported within the yard. Counts update through the patrol.
Yards and staging areas get an accurate count and location for every trailer. The yard walk is replaced by a current picture of dock and slot utilization.
How It Works
Trailer Detection returns bounding box output. It identifies the presence and count of trailers along with their location across yards, docks and staging areas.
Trailer Detection is a physical security patrol model, currently deployed across industries like Logistics and Manufacturing. Detections are returned in real time while the flight is still in the air, so alerts reach the team before the aircraft lands. The model is ready from day one, with no site-specific configuration required.
