InFlightAI Computer Vision Model
Perimeter Inspection: Vegetation
AI Model Overview
InFlightAI’s Perimeter Inspection: Vegetation model uses computer vision AI to detect overgrowth near fences and critical infrastructure. It identifies areas where vegetation may obscure visibility or create security and maintenance risks.
Vegetation encroaching on the fence line, and on either side of it, is detected and flagged. Clearance expectations are set to your site during onboarding.
Growth that blocks camera sightlines or conceals a breach point is flagged before it becomes a problem. Trim crews go to the sections that need attention rather than working the whole perimeter.
How It Works
Perimeter Inspection: Vegetation returns segmentation mask output. It identifies overgrowth along fence lines, vegetation obscuring camera sightlines, and growth encroaching on critical infrastructure.
Perimeter Inspection: Vegetation is a physical security patrol model, currently deployed across industries like Electric Utilities, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Logistics, Power Generation, Nuclear and Mining. Detections are returned after the flight has landed, once imagery and waypoint data have been synced to the platform. The model is configured to the assets and environments at your site during onboarding, and is ready for use within thirty days.
