InFlightAI’s Security Door Open/Close model uses real-time computer vision AI to determine door state (open or closed). It supports security and operational workflows by identifying unauthorized access or improper closures.
The door is detected, then its state classified, distinguishing a partial opening from a full one. Sliding, hinged and automated doors are handled across varying light conditions.
Doors propped or left open when they should be secured are caught immediately. State changes are timestamped, so access review doesn’t depend on retrieving footage.
How It Works
Security Door Open/Close returns bounding box output. It identifies door open and closed state, distinguishes partial from full opening across sliding, hinged and automated door types, and flags doors left open or improperly secured.
Security Door Open/Close is a physical security patrol model, currently deployed across industries like Electric Utilities, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Logistics, Power Generation, Nuclear and Mining. Detections are returned in real time while the flight is still in the air, so alerts reach the team before the aircraft lands. The model is configured to the assets and environments at your site during onboarding, and is ready for use within thirty days.
